We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Exploit the app for unauthorized purposes, such as data mining or reverse engineering.
• Use the app to harm, harass, or mislead others.

4. User Accounts

The app may integrate with third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising purposes. By using the app, you acknowledge that third-party services may collect data, including device information and advertising identifiers, for the purpose of delivering advertisements.

7. Advertising and Opt-Out Options

The app uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These advertisements may be personalized based on your interests, including data such as your device type and IP address. By using the app, you consent to the collection of certain data for advertising purposes, subject to your device settings.

You can opt-out of personalized advertisements at any time by:

• Changing your device’s advertising preferences (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt-Out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
• Visiting Google's Ads Settings.

If you opt-out of personalized ads, non-personalized advertisements will be displayed instead.

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Graveltree Productions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app without notice for any reason, including violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New Jersey, USA.
